Some seeking people seeking counselling for the first time are often nervous, it can feel like a big step to take. I believe that facing up to your difficulties and deciding to deal with them takes a great deal of courage and I will do my best to make the process as easy as I can.

On occasions I may not be able to answer your call; please do leave a message and I will telephone you back quickly and discreetly.

My practice is based at Exmouth Chiropractic Clinic, 53 Imperial Road, Exmouth. Devon EX8 1DQ. Please feel free to call in for a brochure.

There is parking directly opposite the building and it is a few minute walk from both the bus and train station.

Fees and Session Times

The fee for Counselling is £35 per session, sessions are one hour in length.

During the first session we will spend some time on what you would like to gain from counselling and how we can work together. There is also a chance for us to decide if you feel you can benefit from this work and there is no obligation for further sessions. It is important that you find a therapist with whom you feel comfortable.

I will offer you an appointment as soon as I can to fit in with the time and day we are both available. This can be almost immediately, but usually within the week.
