Online Counselling

I also offer online counselling sessions either by telephone or using secure platforms such as Zoom. You might prefer all or some of your sessions this way.

There are a number of advantages to online therapy for

example:-

• There is no need to travel.
• If you have felt unwell but still would like a session.
• You may feel more comfortable online or on the phone.
• You might have caring responsibilities whch mean you need to be available in the house.
• You can be more comfortable in you own home or you may be travelling for work.
• You might choose to work with me as I am not local to where you live and therefore there would be no chance of meeting me outside the therapy room. Although this is discussed during counselling some people prefer to work with someone from a different area.
