Offering
Counselling for Individuals and Couples
I do not have availability for COUPLES at present
From my practice, online and walking by the beach.
Everyone experiences problems at some point in their lives. There may be
times when we either feel that we have too many problems and feel overwhelmed, or else that we cannot cope with things as well as we could.
Many people ignore their problems. Many have been brought up to 'just get on with it', some might find a
way of blocking things out.
People see a counsellor for a variety of reasons such as a loss or bereavement, depression or lack of
motivation, family or relationship problems, stress or anxiety, bullying at work or school, physical or emotional abuse, lack of confidence or low self esteem, a crisis in life or wanting to make
changes but not knowing where to start. The reasons are varied but no issue is too small.
